WoksForDinner is a group of passionate foodies who came together to share their knowledge, recipes, tricks and techniques about all aspects of asian cooking in the home.
Be it Chinese Stir-Fry, Korean BBQ, Sushi or Thai Curries, we want to know about it. We want to talk about it. As avid wok users in our own cooking endeavors, we know which kind works best for gas burners vs. ceramic cooktops - how big a wok you would need, how to season it and we want to share this information with you with interesting articles. We’ll post reviews on cooking gadgets, discuss where to purchase hard-to-find spices online and give you essential information about making new recipes you try, work every time.
The term “asian cuisine” is widely used, but most people living in the west only know a tiny fraction of this vast region and it’s wealth of flavors. At WoksForDinner, we want to inspire you to try dishes from across the asian continent, hoping to unlock some of it’s health-giving secrets and having fun along the way.
