Ordered this wok as a birthday gift for my wife. When the box was delivered, it looked like the UPS truck had backed up over it. Called Woksfordinner and spoke to one of their reps. Not only did they replace the damaged item, they overnighted the replacement to arrive just in time to give to my wife!!

Great service, rarely seen these days. Thanks Woksfordinner. (wife is thrilled with wok too)

Completely agree with the other reviews - once seasoned this wok is excellent.

The thickness allows good heat build up and retention without warping with a nice weight and cool touch handle.

All in all much better than my Ken Hom Wok that ended its life by losing the non-stick coating in my stir fry one evening!
