I have several other woks, but this one is the absolute best! No sticking, has a flat bottom so it works well on either gas or electric burners and clean up is a breeze.

Excellent for Induction Review by Ken Harrington

Thought about using my old steel wok for a new induction cooktop, but then went for what could have been an expensive unnecessary purchase. In the end, I couldn't have been more pleased with this wok. Going from gas to induction cooking methods I was unsure on how it would work out, but I am very pleased with this wok.

This thing rocks Review by Danny

This thing rocks. I seasoned it in the oven just like the instructions said and it worked perfectly. I've been cooking on it for a month or so and it works great on my gas stove without the ring. I use the ring for setting the wok in while serving. Cleans up nicely. Highly recommend.

Purchased the Mandarin wok from WoksForDinner last week. It arrived in two days and was immediately employed for dinner that evening (after a good seasoning).

Pan heats up quick and evenly. First dish was stir fried chicken and veggies. Chicken was flavorful and veggies were crisp. Suspect it will get better with age, but overall am totally thrilled with this purchase.
