A Favorite Recipe: Thai Chicken Panang
Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast, Sliced
2 tablespoons Panang Curry Paste
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
½ can Coconut Milk (about 7 oz)
2 tablespoons Palm Sugar
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
A few Sweet Basil Leaves
1 Red Chili, Sliced
3 Kaffirlime Leaves
Preparation method
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry the curry paste for one minute, then pour in the coconut milk and boil.
- Add chicken breast and season with palm sugar and fish sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, add basil, chili and kaffirlime.
- Serve with steamed rice.
